Dr JP is here to provide a gentle approach and a relaxed environment to help you through your dental procedure of having your tooth/teeth removed.

 

Having graduated from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 2003, Dr JP has built a diverse and accomplished career in dentistry, gaining extensive experience in both Private Practice and as a Specialist Officer in the New Zealand Defence Force. His time in the military has helped sharpen his clinical skills and develop a calm, methodical approach to patient care. He has worked all over New Zealand - from the largest city of Auckland, all the way down to Nelson in the South Island. He and his family have moved to Sunny Queensland and he now calls Australia home. 

 

He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but has a particular passion for removing impacted and difficult wisdom teeth and complex tooth extractions. He is highly skilled in surgical procedures and frequently performs extractions in collaboration with experienced IV sedation specialists, ensuring patients receive a safe, professional service, while bringing a dose of Kiwi humour at the same time. 

 

Dr JP enjoys an active and adventurous lifestyle. He is an avid runner and can often be found hitting the trails, or exploring our beautiful city on a bike, exploring new terrain whenever time allows.
